Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month, with payment due by the 10th. Payment options are listed on the invoice. A $20 late fee will be applied to payments received after the 15th.

Lessons canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a make-up and must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original lesson date. Lessons canceled with more than 30 days’ notice will not be charged. Students enrolled in weekly, bi-weekly, or bi-monthly lessons who wish to pause their lessons or request a change in their scheduled day or time must provide a minimum of 30 days' notice.

Lessons canceled by the teacher will be either rescheduled at no additional cost or credited toward the following month’s tuition.

If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect the schedule of other students.
